What do we provide?
Commercial (non-domestic) and Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Home Information Packs (HIP) in London, the Home Counties and South-East England.
We specialise in the provision of energy assessments of commercial properties.
We also carry out domestic EPCs and provide complete Home Information Packs.
Our aim is to provide EPCs direct and cut out the 'middleman', assuring you of excellent service and prompt turnaround of instructions. Most reports will be available within 1-2 working days.
Home Information Packs take around 10 working days but are dependent on responses from local authorities and service providers which are beyond our control.
When you instruct us the property will only be visited by a fully qualified and accredited professional assessor - Dip NDEA for commercial and DipDEA for domestic. This way you can be assured of an
accurate and meaningful assessment every time.

Who needs an EPC?Since 1st October 2008 most commercial and domestic properties require an Energy Performance Certificate when
marketed for sale or rental, whether all or only part of the property is offered. Modifications to commercial properties may also require a new EPC.
Domestic properties marketed for sale require a complete Home Information Pack which includes an EPC.
What does it cost?
We deal direct with owners, landlords, lessees, agents, conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, architects or any other parties involved in property transactions.
Commercial EPC prices start at around £150 + VAT for a small retail unit. Domestic EPCs from £60 + VAT. Complete Home Information Packs start at £215 + VAT for a freehold property.
